Why should I purchase a membership?
The UC Capitals is more than a team. We’re one big family with our fans at the heart of everything we do. By becoming a member, you’re joining us for the season during the highs and lows, the wins and losses and everything in between. You’re joining the family and supporting a team that you’ve helped to eight WNBL championship titles since 1984.
Purchasing a membership will get you the most value out of your UC Capitals experience for the 2019-20 season. Memberships are the most cost-effective option for those who want to attend most, if not all, 11 regular season home games.
Memberships allow you to reserve the same seats for every game for your favourite view. You will also receive a package of exclusive merchandise items and other benefits such as pre-sale access to home games if the UC Capitals proceed to finals.
As a member, you will also be kept in the loop with all UC Capitals news and events, including exclusive previews, via the UC Capitals 2019-20 Facebook Group as well as our weekly newsletters.
What is the difference between allocated seating memberships and general admission memberships?
Allocated seating means that you will have the same reserved seats for every home game played at the NCCC*. The ‘BIGGEST’ and ‘BIGGER’ memberships include allocated seating.
General Admission memberships include the ‘BIG’ Membership which guarantees you entry into the venue. The Upper section of the NCCC will have unallocated seating and therefore seating will come at a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis.
*There will be up to three games that will be played at the AIS Arena. In this instance, members will be able to get general admission access to a reserved members area with the best seats in the house. We will provide you with more information in the lead up to the games.

How do I get my discount on merch?
Once the online store is live with our new merchandise items, the UC Capitals will provide you with a discount code which you will enter at the checkout.
The online store won’t be available until pre-season – we will keep you in the loop when it’s live via our newsletters and the UC Capitals 2019-20 Facebook Group.
Why have prices increased from the previous season?
The UC Capitals have increased the price of memberships in order to accommodate an additional home game in the upcoming season. Previously, the UC Capitals have hosted 10 games, but this has been increased to 11 games for the 2019-20 WNBL season.
The UC Capitals continually strive to provide a bigger and more exciting game day experience for members and this upcoming season will be no exception.
We understand that this may not be suitable for everyone and that is why we have kept the ‘BIG’ membership as the most affordable option which aligns with the previous season’s membership pricing.
You can also select the payment plan option to break up the total cost of your membership into four equal monthly instalments.
How does the payment plan work?
The payment plan is simple and is of no extra cost to you if you want to avoid a full upfront payment.
The payment plan breaks up the total cost of your membership into four equal instalments. The first instalment will be taken at the time of purchase and the following three will be automatically debited on the 15 October, 15 November and 15 December.
How does a 5-Game Membership work?
The 5-Game package has been developed in recognition that life gets busy sometimes. This is the perfect package for those who have sporting or other commitments on a weekend and therefore can’t commit to an 11 Game season.
You will receive all the benefits of a full-season membership, including a membership card which will admit you access into the venue. You will scan the membership card’s barcode at the doors to enter the General Admission, non-allocated seating section.
Once you have used your membership card a total of five times throughout the season, you will receive an email notifying you. The remaining benefits of your membership (online discount, discounted tickets) will be available for the entire season.
