ADELAIDE LIGHTNING NEW GENERAL MANAGER RETURNS HOME

Adelaide Lightning are excited to announce Reece Turner as the new General Manager.

Formally the Executive Officer for SA Country Basketball, Reece has a long history in the sport previously as the General Manager of the Adelaide 36ers and Adelaide Lightning.

Managing Director PG Sports and Entertainment, Steve Wren is thrilled to have Reece return to Adelaide Lightning, “Reece’s experience and knowledge of the sport was an integral part in the decision to appoint him as the Lightning’s new General Manager.”

“This is an important season for Adelaide Lightning, we are entering a new and exciting era with new ownership, a new head coach and a new home stadium. Reece is the perfect person to guide us through this milestone season,” said Steve.

Reece is excited to join Adelaide Lightning for such a monumental season, “I am thrilled to be the new General Manager of Adelaide Lightning in this very exciting time for the Club. After a couple of years of uncertainty, it is great to see the Lightning back at their original home. It was amazing to see Women’s Basketball gain the respect it deserves at the recent World Cup in Sydney and with stars like Steph Talbot, I am looking forward to the basketball community and public coming out to show their support for these phenomenal athletes.”
