THE WNBL’S INCIDENT REVIEW PANEL DELIVERS DECISION ON KEELY FROLING
February 25, 2020 | WNBL news
The WNBL acknowledges the decision made by the league’s Incident Review Panel (IRP) in relation to an incident involving Keely Froling (University of Canberra Capitals) in Game Two of the Sem-Final Series on Sunday, 23 February.
The IRP has graded the incident as “Negligible force – no charge sustained”.
Having reviewed the video evidence available and in the absence of any medical report, the IRP has determined that on the balance of probabilities the impact in this case was negligible and below what would constitute a low impact offence. As such, no charge is sustained.
