GEMMA POTTER IS UNITED

Geelong United Basketball (GUB) is pleased to announce the next player signing for our inaugural WNBL season, Gemma Potter.
The 6 foot guard will join Geelong United’s maiden WNBL side following the current NBL1 South season, where she has been playing with the Diamond Valley Eagles averaging 19.15 points, 3.23 assists and 7 rebounds for the season.
Speaking on her decision to join Geelong, in particular for the clubs first season, Gemma see’s this as an opportunity to make it about more than basketball – “It’s a very exciting and rewarding experience that I can not wait to start,” she said. “Having a chance to shape a club from the ground up isn’t something that comes around often, so I’m really looking forward to getting to work with the girls, and to be a part of something special for both women’s sport and the Geelong community.”
