CG22 Now Up To Third For All-Time League Rebounds
A week ago it was a move from fifth to fourth, and this week for Cayla George it’s a jump into the top three for all-time rebounds in the WNBL.
With a 16-rebound haul against Bendigo in last week’s overtime thriller, the star Boomers forward jumped to third place, overtaking Lucille Bailie. Sitting in the top two spots are Rachael Sporn and Suzy Batkovic.
George had to grab nine boards against Bendigo to move into the league’s top three, a goal that was reached before half-time.
