Dads & Daughters Night Goes From Strength To Strength
For a third successive season the Deakin Melbourne Boomers will stage their popular Dads & Daughters Night this Saturday in an eagerly anticipated showdown with Canberra.
Another big crowd is expected to flock to the State Basketball Centre for the 7:30pm game with plenty of activities to celebrate Dads & Daughters enjoying a night out together.
“Each season this game grows, it really has become a fun night out that the whole family gets behind, but most of all it is a chance for dads to spend some quality time with their daughter or daughters,” said Boomers GM Justin Nelson.
“This Saturday night we have planned a few extra activities and surprises for the crowd, we will certainly be looking out for all the dads and daughters in the crowd.”
The Boomers will be keen to bounce back after a couple of tough losses last week, firstly in Townsville and then against Sydney in the WNBL Cluster Round.
