ULTIMATE GAME GUIDE: Boomers Ready For Big Clash With Adelaide

December 11, 2018 | Melbourne Boomers news

THE DEAKIN MELBOURNE BOOMERS will host the Adelaide Lightning for the annual Volunteers Day game this Sunday at the State Basketball Centre from 3pm.

Proudly presented by AVJennings, Volunteers Day is dedicated to all the valuable volunteers in basketball, other sports and across the community.

Volunteers are such an important element to any club and the Boomers are encouraging everyone to reward a volunteer with an afternoon out at a Boomers game.

The Boomers have already beaten the Lightning once this season and will be looking to get another win in their second match-up in recent weeks.

Tip-off is at 3pm and General Admission tickets are available to purchase at the door from 1pm, while Reserved Seats can be booked online. All tickets are the same price either way.

Despite the Boomers loss last round, they have scored three victories in the last five games to remain in second place on the 18/19 Chemist Warehouse WNBL ladder at 9-5.
