A WNBL veteran with over 200 games under her belt, Perth Lynx guard Toni Edmondson is certainly a familiar face to WA basketball fans.
Now entering her sixth season in Perth, Edmondson has played 122 games with the Lynx (the eighth most in franchise history), and could finish the season with the sixth highest games total in Lynx history.
However, the New Zealand born fan-favourite is set to continue her career under a new name, after marrying husband Josh Farnworth during the off-season.
As such, the 2017/18 WNBL season will mark the debut of Toni Farnworth, with the Lynx veteran entering her tenth season in the league under the new moniker.
Farnworth has averaged 7.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists throughout her Lynx career.
Fans will be able to catch Farnworth and her Perth Lynx teammates in action this season, thanks to the recently announced partnership between the WNBL and Fox Sports.
