The Perth Lynx off-season report gains a new entry this week, as newly re-signed Perth Lynx MVP Sami Whitcomb departed for Seattle over the weekend. The reigning WNBL scoring champion landed in Seattle on Sunday, ahead of the upcoming Seattle Storm training camp. Closer to home, and the undefeated Perry Lakes Hawks continued to roll, helped by a terrific 17 point, 10 rebound effort from Natalie Burton, along with 13 points and nine boards from Toni Edmondson. Kisha Lee fell just shy of a triple-double, as she poured in 21 points, nine assists and eight rebounds in Stirling’s victory. Tahlia Fejo tallied 17 points and an impressive five steals, as she continues to take care of starting point-guard duties for the Kalamunda Eastern Suns. In the SEABL, Carley Mijovic connected on seven three-pointers, as her 36 points and 11 boards helped Frankston to a big victory. Tenaya Phillips added 11 points and seven assists for the Lady Blues.
