Tayah is set to return to the WNBL with the Flyers for the 2024/25 season.

“I am really excited to be back and could not be happier now I am part of the Flyers team. We have a great group, and Kristi is a fantastic coach. Already, just through the pre-season, I have learned so much and I know my game will continue to develop under Kristi,” Tayah said before training this week.

Originally from Bunbury in WA, Tayah has overcome significant injuries to make her way back to top level basketball.

“We know she is talented, and we have now seen her determination first hand. Tayah moved to Melbourne (from Perth) to give herself an opportunity to get back into the WNBL and she has certainly earned this opportunity,” said Flyers Coach Kristi Harrower.

Tayah is still only 23 but has valuable experience, playing for Washington State in the USA College competition as well as Perth Lynx.
