Requests for Sydney Flames or Kings players and/or coaching staff to make an appearance at an event must be submitted on an official letterhead and contain the below information:

• Requested arrival time
• Event finish time
• Request finish time
• Event location
• Parking location
• Meeting point
• Contact name
• Contact number
• Contact email
• Event description
• Players/doaches role on the day
