Flames 2021-2022 memberships on sale
Women’s basketball is back on the biggest stage in Sydney and we want you to be there to help us fan the flames.
See Flames stars such as Shyla Heal, Keely Froling, New Zealand Tall Fern Kalani Purcell and star American import guard Steph Watts hit the court against the best talent the Women’s National Basketball League has to offer.
The Brydens Sydney Uni Flames will kickstart the return of basketball in the Hoops Capital in an epic double header with the Brydens Lawyers Sydney Kings at Qudos Bank Arena on December 5.
Flames memberships are now on sale from $40 for adults and $110 for families and this is your chance to see some of the future stars of international women’s basketball compete in a spectacular arena setting in Sydney for the first time in many years.
And we want you all to be there with us to witness the making of history.
With the WNBL expected to announced its full schedule for the 2021-22 season tomorrow, we can tell you it will feature six double headers with the Kings and three stand-alone home games.
The new-look, young and sharpshooting Flames outfit will be under the guidance of Kings and Boomers great Shane Heal who has taken on the role of head coach this year, ably supported by Flames and Opals great Shelley Gorman.
In a special offer for Flames members this season, junior members will go into the running to be a part of a special clinic hosted by the dad-and-daughter combination of Shane and Shyla Heal.
We are igniting basketball once again in the Hoops Capital. With many of these games during school holidays it will be the perfect opportunity to bring the whole family along. Do not miss your chance to be a part of it.
