Flames’ fast-growing members hit all-time high
The Sydney Flames are proud to announce they’ve signed 1000 members for the WNBL 24 – marking the first time in the club’s history they’ve reached that standalone figure.
This huge milestone comes off the back of all the hard work the Hoops Capital club is doing on and off the court to promote women’s basketball around NSW.
“The whole club is excited to reach this landmark figure, as it shows we’re headed in the right direction not only as a club but as a sport,” Hoops Capital executive director Paul Kind said.
“1000 members is a great milestone for the club but we want to continue to grow that number this season and into next.
“Both the Flames and Kings have come a long way over the past few years and the future looks extremely bright with everything that’s happening at Hoops Capital.
“I’d like to take this chance to thank all our loyal members and fans for their support over the years and we can’t wait to see where we can all take this great club in the future.”
This announcement comes weeks after fellow Hoops Capital club, the Sydney Kings, announced they had sold out of all memberships for NBL24.
