Game day guide: Round 10 vs Boomers

With the Sydney Kings game at 3.45pm, Sydney hoops fans are encouraged to arrive at Qudos Bank Arena by 1.30pm to watch the red-hot Flames – who have won three of their past four contests.

The Sydney Kings will look to make a quick return to the winner’s circle on Sunday when they host the Brisbane Bullets at Qudos Bank Arena.

• The Brewery Bar will be open pre-game and post-game. The 2.00pm NBL game will be broadcast on big screens, members will receive a 20% discount on house drinks, kids eat free (one free kid’s meal per paying adult and items from the kids menu) and Kings players will be at the venue from about 30-40 minutes after the game. More info here.
• Members Bar (level 1 opposite Door 44) will be open prior to the Flames game until Kings tip off.
• The Qudos Bank Members Lounge (located on Level 1 opposite door 29) will be open to Qudos Bank customers and all game attendees pre-game.
• The American Express Lounge is open to any American Express cardholder and up to 3 guests. More info here.

• Free face painting is available in the Grand Foyer from 1.00pm.
• This week Harvey Norman will have an arcade style set-up shooting hoop and spinning wheel in the Grand Foyer with many prizes including Sony headphones, Harvey Norman gift cards, Xbox etc.  Get there early to have a go!
• 10,000 Mitsubishi foam hands will be distributed on seats throughout the venue this Sunday.

• Our principal partner, Harvey Norman, will be providing epic giveaways throughout this Sunday’s games.  At three-quarter-time of the Kings game, there will be a huge prize giveaway for three lucky fans.

Member ticket information

• All Full Season or 7-Game members that purchased prior to October 18 will be able to pick up their membership cards from the Qudos Bank Arena Box Office from 1.00pm.
• Full season or 7-game members that purchased on or after 18 October will have had their their tickets sent to them via email. If you don’t have a ticket simply go to the Qudos Bank Arena Box Office from 1.00pm onwards.
• 3-Game and Flames Junior members need to download their tickets to attend the game from the Ticketek event page here with the code you have been provided.
• For any Member inquiries regarding ticketing please email membershipinfo@hoopscapital.com.au or attend the Box Office from 1pm Sunday.

Things to know before you arrive

• Read all about January 7 public transport options here.
• Members will be required to bring their membership card to use at the members’ entrance (if you are unable to locate your membership card or have any issues, our membership team who will be located at the box office pre-game will be able to assist with any membership-related queries).
• Please minimise the size of bags you bring to the arena –  no bags over A5 (200 mm x 150 mm) sizing will be permitted into the venue. Backpacks of any size will not be permitted.

Getting to and from Qudos Bank Arena

• Parking information for Sydney Olympic Park can be found here.
• Fans are encouraged to use public transport on the day as spots may be limited in P1.
• Note, pre-booked car parking is only available up to 11.59pm on the day prior to the game and not on game day.

• Don’t forget to scan your membership card at our internal outlets to redeem your member discount on food, beverages and merchandise.
• If you don’t yet have your membership card you can visit the Membership Inquiries window to pick up a temporary membership card.
