Game day guide: Round 10 vs Townsville Fire
Fresh off their best win of the season in Adelaide, the Sydney Flames will return home on Sunday to try and keep their finals hopes alive.
Sunday’s round 10 clash at Qudos Bank Arena will pit Shane Heal’s side against the Townsville Fire for the first time in WNBL23.

This fixture will be game one of the Hoops Capital double-header on Sunday, with the Kings taking on NSW rivals Illawarra straight after the WNBL showdown.

Sunday, January 15 – door open times:
- Members and general public: 1pm.
- Flames’ tip-off: 1.30pm.
- Kings’ lights out: 3.48pm.
- Presentation of Adrian Hurley Cup to Kings: 3.55pm.
- Kings’ tip-off: 4pm.

- The Qudos Bank Lounge (located on Level 1 opposite door 25) will also be open to Kings and Flames members pre-game.
- SEN will be hosting a one-hour post-game show dedicated to the Freeway Series game from 7-8pm, with fans able to tune into the comprehensive analysis and exclusive content, provided by Nathan Strempel, Tom Garlepp and Keyan Kramer, via the SEN App, 1170AM Sydney or 1575 Wollongong.
Member ticket information:
- Full-season members whose membership cards have not arrived can visit us at the Membership Enquiries window at the Qudos Bank Arena Box Office from 1.00pm.
Things to know before you arrive:
- Members will be required to bring their membership card to use at the members’ entrance (if you are unable to locate your membership card or have any issues, our membership team who will be located at the box office pre-game will be able to assist with any membership-related queries).
- Please minimise the size of bags you bring to the arena – no backpacks or bags over A5 (200 mm x 150 mm) sizing will be permitted into the venue.

- Fans are encouraged to use public transport on the day as spots will be limited in P1 – due to a current restricted access mode. P5 is a suggested alternative for fans wanting to drive.
- Note, pre-booked car parking is only available up to 11.59pm on the day prior to the game and not on game day.

Food and beverages:
- Multiple food and beverage outlets will be open throughout the venue.
- Members Bar will again be open pre-game and post-game.
- The Qudos Bank Lounge (located on Level 1 opposite door 25) will also be open to Kings and Flames members pre-game.

- Flames and Kings merchandise is available for purchase inside the grand foyer as you enter Qudos Bank Arena. You can also head to https://wnblstore.com.au/collections/sydney-flames to purchase merchandise online.
The Brewery:
- The Brewery (located under the Novotel corner of Olympic Boulevard and Dawn Fraser Ave) will be open post-game on Sunday.

- If you are unable to locate your membership card or have any issues, our membership team who will be located at the Box Office pre-game will be able to assist with any membership-related queries.
