Game day guide: Round 12 vs Capitals

Our Sydney Flames are rolling right now, following home victories against Perth and Adelaide.
They will look to continue their charge towards the WNBL24 post-season on Friday night when they host the Canberra Capitals at Quaycentre.

Friday, January 19 – door open times:
- Box Office opens 5.45pm
- Members, courtside ticket holders and general public: 6pm
- Tip-off: 7pm
Important Things You Should Know:
- The closest location for parking for Quaycentre games is at P3 on Sarah Durack Ave, Sydney Olympic Park. It is recommended that you pre-book car parking. Car parking can only be booked up to the day prior to game day. Car parking can be booked here
- Free face painting will be available inside the venue from 6pm until the end of the first quarter.
- Throughout the game, there will be opportunities to win prizes from both Cygnett and Harvey Norman.
Getting to and from Quaycentre, Sydney Olympic Park
- Please keep in mind that parking around the venue is limited, so allow yourself sufficient time to arrive at the game, otherwise use public transport.
- Pre-booked car parking is only available up to the day prior to game day and not on game day. Car parking can be booked here
