International Basketball Breakfast

JCU Townsville Fire will host their inaugural ‘International Basketball Breakfast’ next month fresh off capturing their third WNBL title in four seasons.

Staged at Michel’s Restaurant on Palmer St, the April 5 breakfast will feature a raft of international stars headlined by Australian Opals coach Sandy Brondello.

Fire championship coach Claudia Brassard, a former captain of Team Canada and a Sydney Olympian, will also be present to discuss the up-coming Commonwealth Games.

Tickets are $75 per person or a table of 10 can be purchased for $700 and is limited to just 100 patrons and includes a sit-down breakfast.
