Member Arrangements at Parkville:
- Membership packs will be available for collection 90 minutes before the first three home games (Parkville).
- Collect your packs from the Merchandise area located directly up the stairs once you have entered the venue.
- Please have your Membership card with you for identity purposes when collecting your member pack.
- The back of your Membership card will display your seat allocation – Courtside, Baseline, Gold, General Admission – South or North. Your card is your entry to the venue.
- For quick and easy access into the venue, we encourage you to have your Membership card ready for scanning and everyone with a compatible mobile to arrive with individual tickets on their device. It is suggested that you print off any ezytickets in advance to ensure they are ready for scanning.
- Please do not take a photo of any ticket for forwarding purposes as that will not allow you entry into the venue.
- Enter through our new membership entry point at Gate A. Look out for membership signage and instructions from staff.
- We would suggest planning to arrive early to allow plenty of time to access the venue, purchase your drinks/merchandise etc. Entrance A Doors and the Arena Doors will be open from 1 hour and 45 minutes before each game. The on-court show will commence 30 minutes prior to each game.
- There is parking at Parkville either at Melbourne Sports Centre or around the Zoo.
- Please consider public transport as a good option. Use route 58 with Yarra Trams and get off at stop 25 or take the Upfield line by train and get off at Royal Park station to arrive right outside the stadium. Please check the PTV app for further information.
