Flyers Captain Jenna O’Hea will join Sara Blicavs for a live chat on Sunday morning for the next episode of “Sayin’ it with Sara” on Flyers Instagram. Yes the live chat is on Sunday at 10am.

Find out what the Flyers (and Opals) captain has been doing during the off-season and her thoughts on having her good friend Liz Cambage join the Flyers for the 2020/21 season. Of course it won’t all be about basketball, Sara is sure to ask plenty of questions about life in general, including what shoes Jenna will be “rocking this season”.

Bec Cole was the special guest last week and there was plenty to discuss. From 3×3 competitions and how physical it is, to her determination to be part of the Olympic team. Of course there was also talk about all the injuries with Bec admitting she is “technically only 24 and ½ in basketball years as I have missed a few years through injury”.

It wasn’t all about basketball with a chat about what is happening in life away from the court. During this discussion Bec admitted to upgrading her cooking skills during the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting a teammate to suggest Bec could cook some meals while the team is on the road next season.
