GARBIN GOING TO EXPLORE EUROPEAN DREAM

The Perth Lynx organisation are sad to farewell current captain Darcee Garbin, who has signed with Hungarian club DVTK-Hun-Therm for the 2022/23 season.

Darcee has been an integral part of our program over several years, and her absence will be felt throughout the group, but as a club we are incredibly proud and excited for her new journey.

“I’m sad to not be playing with the Perth Lynx next season but excited for the opportunity to play overseas, something that I have always wanted to do. I am so proud of what we have been able to achieve at the Lynx over the last two years and captaining the team this last season is one of my proudest basketball achievements.

I look forward to watching Ryan and the girls from Hungary as they look to build on last season and hopefully go one step further. I want to thank everyone at Basketball WA and the Lynx members for their support. This isn’t goodbye it’s just see you later” – Darcee Garbin
